For the purposes of these Terms:

• "Volunteer" refers to users who provide access to their unused email accounts for public use.
• "Temporary Email" refers to the disposable email addresses provided through our Service.
• "Content" refers to text, images, emails, or other information available through our Service.

For Regular Users:

• No account registration is required to use our temporary email service
• All temporary emails are public and accessible by anyone
• We do not guarantee the privacy, security, or longevity of any temporary email

For Volunteers:

• Volunteers must provide valid, unused Gmail accounts
• Volunteers must have legal authority to share access to provided accounts
• Volunteers acknowledge that their provided email accounts will be publicly accessible
• Volunteers must not provide accounts containing sensitive or personal information

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited purposes:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others
• Transmitting spam, malware, or malicious content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Collecting or harvesting any information from the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Using the Service for fraudulent activities
• Sending sensitive, confidential, or personal information

Our revenue sharing program allows volunteers to earn from advertising revenue generated by their provided email accounts.

Terms for Volunteers:

• 90% of advertising revenue is shared with volunteers
• Payments are calculated based on usage metrics of provided accounts
• Minimum payout threshold may apply
• We reserve the right to modify the revenue sharing percentage with 30 days notice
• Payments may be withheld for violations of these Terms
• Volunteers are responsible for any tax obligations related to earnings

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skipgmail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Rights:

• Skipgmail trademarks, logos, and service marks
• Website design, layout, and user interface
• Proprietary technology and software

Your Rights:

• Content you provide remains your property
• You grant us a license to use provided email accounts as described in these Terms
• You retain rights to your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SKIPGMAIL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skipgmail and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
